How Do We Do It?
When you want to increase your living space without expanding your home’s footprint, we follow four basic steps to get started.

- Add a Concrete Floor
After the basics are done, we arrange to have our subcontractors come in and provide drywall and paint, flooring, and windows, where possible. All your plumbing and electrical work are done as well. The finished area is one that can be used as an extra bedroom with an en-suite, family room, or hobby/finished storage space.
